The Arrival of the White Magus

Prologue

More than a millenia ago.......there was a family living in a forest.

They weren't a normal family......they could use incredible powers.......but those powers paled in comparison to their greatest possession.......a miracle.

With this miracle, the family was able to perform feats that were considered impossible, and were revered almost like gods.

But the arrogance of the family grew with each passing day, to the point that they considered gods themselves.

The goddess, the origin of everything and anything in the world, saw the arrogance of the family, and decided to punish them by taking their miracle.

Distraught, the family instead of asking for forgiveness, sunk more in their arrogance, and began to search for a way to recover their lost miracle.

However, it didn't mattered how much they searched, they couldn't recover their miracle.

Finally, after swallowing their pride, the family asked for help to other families that had powers. Finally, it were only three that heard the family's pledge: a family whose powers were slowly dying, a family which was owner of a very powerful land and a old man, which had a miracle in his possession, yet different to the one that they possessed long time ago.

Using the powerful land of one of the families that answered the call, a ritual was enacted using a doll created by the family: the ritual would call forth seven heroes to open a path to the goddess, and thus recover their miracle.

However, the ritual failed.

Years passed, and the ritual failed every time. Even today, even though their ritual has been tained due their mistakes and the other two families has mostly forgotten about it, the family still tries to recover their long lost miracle.....

The black sedan moved through the road inconspicuously, almost silently, like it's last check-up was recently made, which was truth, because the person that was transporting that inconspicuous black sedan was a very important one; not only one, but two important groups considered the role that this important person was about to fulfill pivotal to their own agendas, and although neither group knew of the agenda of the other, both of them were fully suporting him with all of their resources, which suited the important person just fine; transport his materials to this place and buy an entire floor of the Hyatt of his destination costed a lot, and he was unwilling to spend his own resources when he had two powerful groups supporting him.

Obeying without question, the chauffeur parked the sedan on the side of the road, which coincidentally was a small hill which overlooked the city of Fuyuki, his destination.

Without waiting for the chauffeur, the person behind the sedan opened the door and stepped out of the car; the person was completely clad in white, with the exception of his shirt and gloves, which were black, and his red laced tie. His hair was smooth and silver-blonde - almost white -, his skin was like porcelain and his eyes were like two rubies which spoke of a person that has saw the truths (and cruelties) of the world.

If one took a first glance to this person, anyone could say that he's no older than 18 years old. However an image or first impression can be very deceiving, and in the case of this person, Albrecht von Einzbern also known as the white magus, that would be a very big understatement.

Overlooking the city that he was asigned to investigate, and future battlefield of the secret war between seven magi with the objective to get a wish, Albrecht was thinking of the orders that he was given. From one side it were the Mage's Association, which asked him to investigate the upcoming events in Fuyuki and, by Barthomeloi Lorelei's insistence probably, investigate some events in a nearby town called Misaki.
In the other side were the Einzberns, which asked him to oversee the upcoming Heaven's Feel, investigate what happened ten years ago, 'oversee' the overseer of the war, and if it was necessary..........'remove him' from the ritual completely.

Evidently, Albrecht accepted those requests as long he was given back-up, something that both the Association and the Einzberns accepted. Nevertheless, that didn't mean that Albrecht didn't had his own agenda, rather quite the opposite; now it was the moment to return a debt that was long overdue.....

Putting those thoughts in the back of his mind for now, Albrecht took one last look to the city and returned to the car. The chauffeur, probably for revenge or because he already knew his orders, returned inmediately to the road, this time with more speed. The contemplation time of his pasenger cost him valious time.

While the scenery was starting to slowly change from trees to the first signs of civilization, Albrecht was thinking about all the information that he gathered about the fifth Heaven's Feel and it's possible participants. The seemingly young homunculus with a personal vendetta; the Irish Enforcer from the Association that was invited to the ritual; the supervisor's sibling, which was adopted in a family of dying magi; the fake Priest who belonged to two organizations which were hostile between them, and the current overseer of the war; and finally the land's owner herself, a young prodigy in the art of the thaumaturgy.

Lord Einzbern said the chauffeur, breaking him from his reverie Should I take you to your hotel? or do you wish to go to somewhere else?

The white magus thought a little about the question. On one hand he wished to go inmediately to his base of operations in the Fuyuki Hyatt hotel to prepare himself in case someone dared to attack him, but at the same time his upbringing as a Einzbern demanded him to present himself to the land's owner, especially if he wished to avoid a unpleseant situation in the future....

Take me to 666 Harrowing Lane, in Miyama please. Then we'll go to my hotel said the Einzbern magus with a amused smile crossing his face. He was certain that this would be a very interesting meeting.

This is the introductory thread of Albrecht to Fuyuki city. Eventually, this is going to move to the Tohsaka Household, so yeah.....
